【摘要】 本文对正常人、慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、肺心病四组进行肺通气功能、残气检查和气道可逆性的测定,藉以评价支气管舒张剂试验中常用的肺功能指标,探讨气道可逆性因素的判断核准。指出在临床肺通气功能检查中,尤其在以残气检查结果来判断肺功能时,必须考虑气道可逆性因素。并建议把吸入异丙基肾上腺素作为残气测定前的常规准备程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ventilation function and reversibility test in airway obstruction Were performed in 40 patients With Chronic bronchitis, 20 patients With bronchial asthma, 20 patients With Cot pulmonale amd 20 normal Subjects. The Common index of lung function in the test of bronchodilator is estimated and the diagnostic Standard of reversibility in airway obstruction is studied.
