【摘要】 <正> investigation on this subject has been continued, but the mechanism of the reaction remains unknown. G. N. Schrauzer and Guth assume that evolution of hydrogen has something to do with the production of Fe0 in the process of disproportionation.Through a M（?）ssbauer-Spectra study of disproportionation products from Fe（OH）2 in the absence of oxygen, the present paper discusses further the mechanism of hydrogen evolution in the course of disproportionation of Fe（OH）2 under inert atmosphere.
