LaNi_xAl_y合金吸氢性能的研究

【摘要】 本文借助X射线衍射法确定了La-Ni-Al三元体系中以LaNi5为基的固溶体范围。800℃时其范围为:Al<12.2wt-%, 31wt-%<La<39wt-%。随着Al含量增加,固溶体范围逐渐增大。在40,80和100℃测定了LaNixAly合金氢化物的解吸等温线。 Al含量相近的合金中,其吸氢量随Ni含量增加而增大;组成位于固溶体区内各合金,随Al含量增加,合金吸氢量下降,同时其氢化物离解压大幅度降低。

【Abstract】 X-ray diffraction analysis was used to ascertain the LaNi5-base solid solution range in the La-Ni-Al ternary system This range at 800℃ was found to be Al< 12.2 and 31<La<39 in wt-% and it extends gradually with the increasing content of Al. The isotherms of hydrogen desorption of LaNixAly hydrides have been determined at 40, 80 and 100℃. The amount of hydrogen absorbed in the alloys with similar Al content may increase with the increase of their Ni contained. However, the hydrogen absorbed amount in such an alloy, which composition just lies in the-range of solid solution, may decrease as well as the dissociation pressure of the hydride decrease in greater extent with the increase of its AI content.
