【摘要】 采用平面凝固法拉制Ni-Mo-Al-V四元系定向共晶时,发现了两种不同性质的条带组织——块带和白带。块带和白带严重降低合金的机械性能。用辉光放电发射光谱法对块带和白带进行了逐层成分分析,在分析的基础上探讨了生成的原因。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of band structure were detected in the Ni-Mo-Al-V directionally solidified eutectie alloys. One is called the "blocky" band with discrete α-Mo particles, and the other is the "white" band without α-Mo fibre. Both bands seriously deteriorate the mechanical properties of the alloys. By using the glow discharge emission spectroscopy, the chemical composition of band structures was analyzed layer by layer. Based on the composition variation and constitutional supercooling theory, the cause of band formation has also been discussed.
