【摘要】 本文简要分析了上海一些工厂摩擦压力机用3Cr2W8V钢热压模存在的问题,从技术上、经济上提出了用H13钢代替3Cr2W8V钢制热压模的合理性,介绍了H13钢的热处理工艺及生产性试验结果。作者指出,用H13钢代替3Cr2W8V钢制做热压模,可获得很大经济效益而不需增加投资。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals briefly with the problems concerning the steel 3Cr2W8V hotstamping dies used in screw press in several works in Shanghai.In view of technical andeconomic conditions,the reasonableness of replacement of 3Cr2W8V steel by H13 steel toproduce hot stamping dies is discussed.The heat treating process of H13 steel and theresults of practical experiment are demonstrated.The authors point out that using H13steel instead of 3Cr2W8V steel for producing stamping dies,more economic benefits areobtained and no more investment is required.更多还原
