薄层软化与渗碳、碳氮共渗层接触疲劳的对比
The Comparison of Contact Fatigue Behaviour among Thin Layer Softening,Carburizing and Carbo-nitriding
【摘要】 本文介绍了25MnTiBRE和18CrMnTi钢在0.6、1.0、1.3mm三种层深的条件下,渗碳、碳氮共渗和薄层软化工艺及其对接触疲劳强度的影响。试验表明:同一种材料以薄层软化工艺的接触疲劳强度最高,碳氮共渗次之,渗碳最差,而且各工艺随其渗层厚度增加,接触疲劳强度提高。在工艺和渗层厚度相同时,25MnTiBRE比18CrMnTi钢的接触疲劳强度高。
【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the carburizing,carbo-nitriding and the thin layer softening proces-ses of 25MnTiBRE and 18CrMnTi steels with various diffusion depths of 0.6,1.0,1.3mm.Theinfluence of these processes on the contact fatigue of these materials was studied.The resultsdenoted that,among the contact fatigue strength of the samples treated by different processes,but of the same steel,the thin layer softened samples are the highest,the carbo-nitridedones are the next,and the carburized samples are the lowest.No matter what kind of process-es,the contact fatigue strength is increased as the diffusion layer increased.By the sameprocess and under the condition of the same diffusion depths,the contact fatigue strengthof 25MnTiBRE steel was higher than that of 18CrMnTi steel.
