【摘要】 本文对田菁胶的化学成分、流变特性和化学改性等方面作了较详细的研究.首次将田菁胶及其改性产品应用于卷烟纸中,试验结果表明完全可行.在纸浆中加入0.4—0.6%(相对于干浆的重量)的田菁胶或其改性产品,不仅可以提高产品质量,而且能降低生产成本,节约能源消耗.加胶后,纸张的定量合格率平均提高17—24%;纸张干燥时的蒸汽用量约降低1/3,填料留着率提高0.27—0.55%,对抄造过程不会带来任何不良影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical composition , pheological properties and chemical modification of the gum from the Seeds of Sesbania cannabina pers. were studied in details. The unmodified gum and modified gum both were used in the manufacture of cigaratte-paper. Results showed that it is useful. If the gum from the seeds of Sesbania Cannabina pers. either unmodified or modified was added into the pulp by dry weight proportion at 0.4-0.6%, the quality of products was improved, the cost was lowered, the energy consumption was reduced, the quantitative qualification ratio of the cigaratte-paper was enhanced by 17-24%. The amount of steam for drying the paper was lowered by 1/3.The retention of filler was enhanced about 0.27-0.55%. Adding gum did not have any undesirable effect on produceing propcess.更多还原
