离子渗氮的双相层和单相层的耐磨性、强度和韧性
THE WEAR RESISTANCE、STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS OF ION-NITRIDED DUAL-PHASE(ε+γ’)AND SINGLE PHASE(γ’)COMPOUND LAYER
【摘要】 通过纯铁、18CrMnTi、35CrMo、38CrMoAl和40Cr工业用钢可控离子渗氨,系统地研究了双相(ε+γ′)层和单相(γ′)层各种力学性能特性。除证实离子渗氮渗层组织致密,显著地提高钢的疲劳强度、耐磨性外,还发现单相层是一种较为理想的渗层。它具有优越的强韧性配合。与双相层相比较,单相层具有较高的耐磨性(特别是扰疲劳磨损)和韧性(声发射特性、弯曲强度、扭转角和冲击韧性),它对于改善弯曲疲劳极限有着重要作用。本文就渗层的磨损机制和疲劳极限的影响因素等问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The various characteristics of mechanical properties of the dual-phase(ε+γ’) compound layer and the single phase(γ’)layer is investigated by the controlled ion-nitriding on pure iron, 18CrMnTi, 35CrMo, 38CrMoAl and 40 Crsteels. The fatigue limit and wear resistance are increased remarkably. It is found that the single phase(γ’)layer is better. In comparison with the dual-phase layer, single phase(γ’)layer possesses better wear resistance and toughness; it plays an important role for improving the bending fatigue limit. This paper deals with the mechanism of wear and factors influencing the fatigue limit of the nitrided-layer, and some viewpoints are proposed. Several typical examples are given and their practical applications are discribed.
