【摘要】 本实验以纯种来航鸡作为材料,采用免疫细胞化学方法(PP法)证实其胸腺中具有胰高血糖素样的免疫反应细胞,该种细胞散在地分布于胸腺髓质和胸腺小体。同时观察了孵化后该种细胞的个体发生,结果显示在孵出当天,其数量较少,以后随着年龄的增长而逐渐增多。有关胸腺具有胰高血糖素样免疫反应细胞的生物学意义有待于进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The glucagon-like immunoreactive cells in the thymus of chicken was detected by PAP immunocytochemistry method. The immunoreactive cells were scattered in the thymie medulla and the thymic corpuscle (Hassall’s corpuscle). The cells were quite few in the thymus at hatch day, and gradually increased with age. The biological significance about the glucagon-like immunoreaetive cells in the thymus remains to further reserch.更多还原
