“气血注射液”对氢化可的松所致大鼠肝损伤保护作用的研究 线粒体超微结构改变与耗氧量的关系

【摘要】 实验用大白鼠38只,分三组。电镜观察并计数5726个肝线粒体,同时测定线粒体耗氧量。结果表明:氢化可的松致使肝线粒体肿胀,基质颗粒数减少49.5%,内膜基粒头部突出,耗氧量降低57.08%;加服“气血注射液”后,线粒体结构与耗氧量基本粒恢复正常。

【Abstract】 38 male rats, weighing between 170-210g , were divided into three groups: 1.The experimental group (rats were given orally a daily Qi-Xue injection 10mg/kg body wt. + cortisone acetate 50mg/kg body wt. for 6-8 days ) , 2.The cortisone gr6up (cortisone acetate 50mg/kg body wt. for 6 days), 3. The control group (normal saline for 8 days).The results showed that the mitochondrias were swelling and it’s numbers increased in the cortisone group. The number of matrix granules per mitochondrial section decreased from 3.78 of the normal group to 1.91 . Oxygen consumption per mg protein rat liver mitochondrias in the cortisone group increased from 27.10±7.85 natomes O/min of normal group to 11.63±8.51 natomes O/min ( p<0.05 ) .In the experimental group the ratio of the multiple-shape mitochondria to total mitoehondria increaded to 73.3% of the ratio in the cortisone group. The number of the matrix granules per mitochondria section increased to 4.67. Oxygen consumption returned to 26.79±4.32 natomes O/min ( P<0.05 ) . Under the basis of these experiments it is found that Qi-Xue injection has a protective effect on the ultrastructure damage and oxygen consumption decrease of rat liver mitochondria induced by cortisone acetate.
