外源性3′,5′环腺苷酸(cAMP)对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞Mg++-ATP酶影响的细胞化学观察(光学及电子显微镜)
ELECTRON AND LIGHT MICROSCOPIC INVESTIGATION OF THE CYTOCHEMICAL CHANGES OF MG1+-DEPENDENT ATP ase ACTIVITY OF THE EHRLICH ASCITIC TUMOR CELLS OF MICE BY ADMINISTRATION OF cAMP TOGETHER WITH AMINOPHYLLINE
【摘要】 本实验通过外源性cAMP对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞的连续作用,观察到外源性cAMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用。此种作用是可逆的。本实验观察到外源性cAMP对小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞内和细胞膜表面上的Mg++-ATP酶活性均有抑制作用,而且在膜表面Mg++-ATP酶活性降低的同时微绒毛发生减退和消失的现象。
【Abstract】 On the basis of our previous findings, we further studied the relationship between the changes of the Mg++-dependent ATPase activity and the changes of the microvilli on the cell surface of the Ehrlich ascites cells by administration of the cAMP together with Aminophylline.We found that cAMP withaminophylline not only can inhibit the growth of tumor cells as shown by our previous results, but also decrease the activity of the Mg++-dependent ATPase in the mitochondria and on the cell surface of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells of mice as shown by cytochemical methods, under both light and electron microscopes.Moreover, we observed that on the cell surface there was a close relationship between the activity of the Mg++-ATPase and the changes of the microvilli.
