This paper is devided into two parts. The first part is devoted to some improvements and generalizations of the integral inequalities of the Bellman-Wendroff-Bihari type.We have sharpened some linear inequalities without requiring any continuity condition on the functions in question, and have extended some nonlinear inequalities in one independent variable to the case of several variables. In the second part, we have made some short comments on papers [3] and [16].
