铝阴极辉光放电电子枪运转条件的研究

【摘要】 用一种新方法研究了辉光放电电子枪阴极的工作气氛要求。实验结果已被用于设计这种电子枪激励的连续离子激光器。

【Abstract】 A method to study the gas phase requisite for the new electron guns has been investigated. Its results are useful for the design of CW laser devices.
