【Abstract】 This paper reports the experimental results of a XeCl laser using CCl4 or SiCl4 as chlorine donor and the effect of H2 on the output performance. The formation kinetics of these system is discussed for the first time. The maximum output energy is as much as 80% of that using HC1 as chlorine donor.更多还原
