血卟啉加不同波段的光辐照对人癌细胞系杀伤作用的实验研究
IN VITRO CANCERICIDAL EFFECT OF THE NEW HEMATOPORPHYRIN PHOTOSEN-SITIZER PSD-007 IRRADIATED WITH LIGHT OF DIFFERENT WAVE LENGTHS
【摘要】 本文应用国产的血卟啉光敏剂(PSD-007)加不同波段的光辐照,比较了不同波段的光敏反应对癌细胞的杀伤作用。实验结果说明,光敏药物进入细胞后,经红光、绿光和紫光等不同波段的光辐照,均能产生光敏反应而将癌细胞杀死。但不同波段的光辐照对癌细胞杀伤效应的定量研究说明:紫光的杀伤效应>绿光>红光。作者指出:由于紫光对组织的穿透性太差,所以在临床实际治疗中,红光仍可作为治疗表浅肿瘤的最佳波段。
【Abstract】 The cancericidal effect of the new hematoporphyrin photosensitizer PSD-007. prepared in our laboratory, irradiated with light in different wave lengths, was evaluated in vitro. It was shown that, when the photosensitizer entered the cells, and was irradiated either by red. green or violet light, a photosensitizing action was elicited and cancer cells were killed. Quantitative studies on the effect of light in different wave lengths on cancer cells showed that, the cancericidal effect of violet light was greater than that of green light, and the red light is the weakest. However, owing to the poor penetrating power of violet light in tissues, red light should be considered as the optimal wavelength in the treatment of superficial cancers.
