【Abstract】 The digestibility for the three parts of the alimentary canal of Tilapia nilotica to the amino acids in the test diet has been determined by means of the indirect method with Cr₂O₃ as an indicator, The results are as follows:1. The determining value of the digestibility is the maximum fo the back intestine and the minimum for the stomach.2. For the back intestine the total digestibility to the amino acids is 91.02 percent in casein and 93.16 percent in amino acid test diet.3. The higher digestibilities mentioned above show that Tilapi nilotica can quite digest and utilize casein and a corresponding amino acid test diet.更多还原
