【Abstract】 Regeneration of leafs fragments of Sargassum shantungensis Tseng et Zhang C. F. from Qingtao have been stueied by uniagal cuture in our lab. The results show that the fragments with the medullary tissue may regenerate new plants from the surface of the cross section or longitudinal section end, but there are not new buds sprouted from the edge portion of the leaf. It’s regenerating process has been observed and compared with that of Solieria tenuis, and prove that the process of regenerations are similar with Solieria tenuis reported in the firest paper.更多还原
