不同浓度锰离子对灌流蛙心心室细胞电活动的影响
Effects of Ringer’s Solution Containing Different Mn2+Concentrations on Ventricular Fiber Electrical Activities of Perfused Frogs’ Hearts
【摘要】 <正> 近年来对克山病区饮水高锰,引起了重视和研究。我们曾用含锰的生理溶液,在大鼠身上静注,发现大鼠在体心肌细胞动作电位降低,及总时程延长,心率减慢。五十年代晚期以来,尽管有关锰离子对心肌细胞电活动的作用有过一些报道,但由于实验中使用的动物不同,有的问题还未能取得一致意见。本实验在离体的灌流蛙心上,观察Mn2+对蛙心心室细胞电活动的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the changes of electrical activities of ventricularfibers when frogs’hearts were perfused with Ringer’s solution containingdifferent manganese concentrations.Action potential was decreased;action potential duration,APD50shortened at first and lengthened later,APD90 chiefly prolonged;wholeduration or sinus circle length(SCL)also prolonged;heart rate decreased linearly along with the increase of Mn2+ concentration,maximum rate ofdepolarization of initial spike(phase 0)decreased 10% or more.A briefreview of the former reports involving manganese action on cardiac cellshas been discussed.
