大鼠尾核和中脑网状结构两个神经元对伤害性刺激的同时电活动
The Simultaneous Electric Activities of the Neurons in Nucl.Caudatus and in the Midbrain Reticular Formation in Rats to Noxious Stimulation
【摘要】 <正> 我们曾报导针剌“足三里”能影响在大鼠丘脑束旁核和尾核内同时记录的痛兴奋和痛抑制神经元的放电活动。近来大量资料表明,脑干网状结构与丘脑内侧核团有联系,网状结构在传递痛觉信号和痛觉整合中有一定作用。那么尾核和中脑网状结构中痛兴奋和痛抑制神经元的电活动有什么关系呢?我们继以往的工作,用两支微电极插入尾核和中脑网状结构,同时记录两个神经元的电活动,观察伤害性剌激对其影响。
【Abstract】 In 56 rats,231 pairs of the simultaneous electric activities of PEN and PINin both nucl.caudatus and in the midbrain reticular formation were recorded.Anoxious stimulus might bring about simultaneous excitation of both PEN in nucl.caudatus and in the midbrain reticular formation,or the inhibition of PIN inboth or excitation of PEN in one and inhibition of PIN in the other.It isconsidered that PEN and PIN in nucl.caudatus and in the midbrain reticularformation might take part in integration of pain sensation together.
