铟-茜素配位剂极谱配位吸附波的研究
STUDIES ON THE POLAROGRAPHIC ADSORPTIVE COMPLEX WAVE OF INDIUM-ALIZARIN COMPLEXONE
【摘要】 本文报道了铟-茜素配位剂极谱配位吸附波产生的条件及其电极过程的机理研究.
【Abstract】 This paper reports the polarographic behavior of indium-alizarin complexone system In a supporting electrolyte containing 3×10-5 M alizarin complexone, 0.1 M ClCH2CO2H-ClCH2CO2Na, at pH 2.5, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of indium-alizarin complexone has been obtained by using single-sweep polarography. The peak potential is -0.66 V (S. C. E). The change of peak height with the concentration of indium is linear in the range from 1×10-8 M to 5×10-6 M. In the solution the composition of the complex has been determined as [X2InHL]2- the electrode processes of the adsorptive complex wave may be presented as follows:(1) In the bulk solutionInX2+4-H3L-→←[X2InHL]2-+2H+(2) [X2InHL]2- diffuse to electrode surface(3) [X2nHL]2-→←[X2InHL]ads2-(4) At EP1=-0.31V, ligand of the complex is reduced[X2InHL]ads2-+2e+2H+→←[X2InHL’]ads2-(5) At EP2=-0.66V, the center ion of the complex is reduced[X2InHL’]ads2-+3e+2H+ Ep3In(Hg)+(H3L’)ads-+2Xwhere L is the alizarin complexone anion, L’ is the corresponding dihydro-alizarin complexone anion, X is ClCH2Co2- or OH-.
