以液晶固定液色谱分离二氯苯和二溴苯
Separation of isomers of dichloro- and dibromo-benzene by using liquid crystals as stationary phase
【摘要】 <正> 以液晶作气相色谱固定液分离芳香族的间位和对位异构体十分有效。近年来国内对芳羧酸酯类液晶用作气相色谱固定液进行了一些研究。我们用这类液晶成功地分离了硝基甲苯等的位置异构体,但在用芳羧酸酯类液晶分离硝基氯苯的三种异构体时,发现用这类液晶不如用常规固定液聚乙二醇效果好。那么这一现象对其它具有二元极性取代基的苯的位置异构体,如二氯苯、二溴苯是否也存在呢?应用其它类型的液晶结果会怎样呢?于是我们
【Abstract】 Nine liquid crystals have been evaluated as liquid phase for the separation of isomers of dichioro- and dibromobenzene by gas-liquid chromatography. In order to compare the results, 9 conventional stationary phases have also beenstudied.Relative retentions of the isomers on these stationary phases were determined. It has been found that liquid crystal MPBHxB (p-methyl-phenylene-bis-(p-n-hexoxybenzoate)) is suitable for the separation of the three isomers of dichlorobenzene and liquid crystal PAA(4, 4’-dimethoxyazoxybenzene) is the best liquid phase for separating the isomers of dibromobenzene.The operating conditions were studied for the determination of these disubstituted benzenes using MPBHxB and PAA columns.Of the conventional stationary phases PEG-20M is suitable for the separation of the dichlorobenzene isomers but not suitable for dibromobenzenes.
