荧光纯氧化镧制备的研究——N263萃取分离镧中的钙、铅、铁
Study on the preparation of fluorescently pure La2O3——the removal of Ca, Pb, Fe impurities by extraction with N 263
【摘要】 <正> 高纯氧化镧,除用于高折射、低色散的特种光学玻璃的制造外,还可用作硫氧化镧和溴氧化镧等荧光基质材料。有人预言,钕激活的硫氧化镧用作激光材料将比YAG∶Nd效力更高。目前,有些厂家生产的氧化镧,由于对其中的非稀土杂质的分离注意得不够,非稀土杂质的含量较高,其中CaO常在5000~20000 ppm,PbO>300 ppm,Fe2O3>30 ppm。这不符合上述应用的要求。
【Abstract】 The extraction of lanthanum, calcium, lead, and iron from their nitrate solutions by N263 was studied. The distribution ratios and separation factors of La, Ca, Pb, Fe were determined under various conditions. The product La2O3 containing impurities CaO<8 ppm, PbO<10 ppm and Fe2O3<8 ppm was obtained by using box type mixer-settler with multiple stages.
