海洋沉积物中有机碳的测定——高温燃烧—非水滴定法

【摘要】 <正> 海洋沉积物中有机碳的变化规律的研究是沉积物地球化学的重要研究内容。它的含量变化规律及转移过程是确定现代沉积环境的主要指标。因此,准确、快速地测定沉积物中的有机碳有着重要意义。本文拟对有机碳的分析方法进行研究。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the titrimetry of high temperature combustion-nona-queous solution which determines the organic C content in sediments.Samples are burned at high temperature and produce CO2 which is titrated by nona-queous solution.Total C content is obtained and we get organic C content by subtrating inorganic C from the total C content.The optimal conditions have been found,that is,the samples are burned at 1,000*********C and the speed of oxygen gas flow is controlled within 400-600ml/ mm.The acidified FeCl2 solution and activated particulate MuO2 are used to dispel interferences in sediments.This procedure has been successfully applied to the analysis of samples of oceanic sediments with excellent precision of less than 0.03%.
