干灰化—伏安法测定鱼贝类中Zn、Cd、Pb、Cu及其环境质量研究初探

【摘要】 <正> 本文介绍了一种利用悬汞电极示差脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定鱼贝类中Zn、Cd、Pb及Cu。对鱼贝直接进行干灰化。灰粉溶于稀盐酸中。为消除测定时电极上形成Cu—Zn互合物为后Cu对Zn测定的干扰及在酸性介质中氢峰对Zn测定的干扰,在同一份样液中调pH1.5—2连测Cd、Pb及Cu;调pH为4左右,加一滴(5μl)1×10-4M镓离子测Zn。大批

【Abstract】 The present paper introduces an analytical method for determination of zinc,cadmium,lead and copper in the fish-mussel by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with a hanging mercury drop electrode.The fishmussel are dried directly into ashes.The ash samples are dissolved in dilute chloric acid.In order to eliminate the Cu-Zn intermetallic interference and the influence of the hydrogen wave peak on the determination of Zn in the acidic medium adjust the acidity of the sample solutions to pH= 1.5-2 to determination of the concentration of Cd,Pb and Cu simutaneously.Zn is determined in the same sample solution by adjusting the acidity of the solution to pH=4 and adding Ga ion to the solution.The concentration of these trace elements in a large number of samples can be determined by both the standard addition and the standard curve techniques.This method is quick,simple and convenient.Under the experimental conditions,the limits of the determination are 12.345,0.078,1.333 and 0.803*********ug/g dry weight for Zn,Cd,Pb and Cn respectively.Sensitivity and accuracy of this method prove to be satisfactory.Finally,the concentration of these trace elements in the fish-mussel in particular areas are determined by this method and a preliminary study of the biological and environmental quality has been made.
