APV等有机复合吸附剂的研制

【摘要】 <正> AHP(即508)树脂是我国自己研制的一种对天然海水中的铀有选择性好、富集能力较强的共缩聚型树脂。它吸铀容量大,吸附速度快,但强度较差,成本较高。为此,我们进行了多种途径的改进。例如,将2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚接到聚苯乙烯等高分子骨架上;将AHP预聚浆涂在高分子材料上等等。本文着重介绍AHP—PVA(简称APV树脂)等有机复合吸附剂的研制工作,并进行了一些吸铀机理的探讨。

【Abstract】 AHP resin is a co-condensa-tion type of resin with good selectivity and strong concentrating ability for extracting uranium from sea water.But it is not strong and its loss by solution is relatively great.The resin is prepared with three major components.The loss rate is between 20-30% when 5-nitro-2-aminophenol (NAP) used is less than 35% in the three components.Satisfactory results are obtained with the adsorption capacity of 600 *********ug-U/g when NAP-PVA and other organic complex adsorbents has been attempted to bring down the loss rate by solution.A study of the AHP resin synthesized in the aqueous phase shows that the adsorption efficiency is increased by the property addition of PVA resin,which can lower the loss rate by solution and by.the addition of chitin,which is good both for the sphering and the gaining in strength of resin.Two sets of samples recycling 15 times indicate that the resin had a stable adsorption capacity,with a loss rate by solution below 1.7% on the average each time.The same adsorption ability of APV complex resin for uranium is shown in the systems of distilled water,natural sea water and artificial sea water,and it was higher in the pH region of natural sea water (pH=7.6-8.2) than in the others.It is assumed that the chelation occur between the NAPin the polymer skeleton and UO2(OH)x(x-2) in sea water.
