【摘要】 本文总结了1983年1月～10月在我科行淋巴造影的24例妇科恶性肿瘤患者,其中宫颈癌14例、卵巢癌4例、宫体癌2例、阴道癌1例、外阴癌3例。年龄从27～69岁。用造影剂38%碘苯脂,每侧注入量为4至5ml,总量不应少于3ml。注射速度平均每分种0.2～0.3ml。在24例造影中16例经手术治疗。16例中5例阳性,其中2例病理证实淋巴结有癌浸润,阳性符合率40%。11例造影诊断阴性,全部与病理诊断相符合,阴性符合率100%。总符合率81.3%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our department 24 lymp hograms were made from Jan. toOct. 1983 All these patients have malignant tumour. In these patients,there were 14 cases of cervical carcinoma, 4 cases of ovarian carcinoma,2 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 1 case of vaginal carcinoma and 3cases of vulvar carcinoma. Their ages varied from 27 to 69 years. Roentgenograms are made 24 hrs after the injections of 4 to 5ml(not less than 3ml) of 38% Iophendylate. This contrast agent was inje-cted at a rate 0.2 to 0.3ml per minute. Sixteen patiens out of the 24 accepting lymphography were operatedon. Of the sixteen patiens, 5 cases receiving lymphography were positiveand 11 negative. In comparison with the excised lymphonodes, we foundtwo patiens with nodal metastases. The accuracy of the position group was40%. No false negative lymphographic readings were encountered. The accu-racy of the negative group was 100%.更多还原
