【摘要】 对郑州市健康儿童345人,从初生～7岁共分10个年龄组,对这些儿童进行了IgG、A、M的测定,并将成人297人测定结果一并例入,作为郑州市健康人免疫球蛋白的正常值。又将测定结果与上海、北京儿童所测结果进行了对比。结果郑州所测IgG均值,不论是儿童还是成人均较上海、北京为高,推测是地区差异。本组小儿IgG生后的最低水平在7～12月组与上海的低水平为4月组不同。其它各种Ig水平在儿童时期变化增长情况与上海、北京结果相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author measured the IgG, A, M of 345 healthy children in Zheng-zhow who were divided into 10 age-groups from the newborn baby to 7 years of age. In addition, the result got from 297 adults measured was taken intoconsideration and was taken as the normal value of immune globulin pro-tein of healthy persons in Zhengzhow. After comparing the results withthat of the children in Shanghai and Beijing, the results obtained showedthat the average value of the IgG of both children and adults in Chengchowwas comparatively higher than that in Shanghai and Beijing. The reasonwas supposed to be due to the difference of regions. The lowest IgG levelof Zhengzhow children happened in the age-group of 7～12 month where theoowest IgG level of Shanghai children was in the 4～month group. But inIother respects the change and increase oIg level childhood was similar thatin Shanghai and Beijing.更多还原
