【Abstract】 Twenty one fatal cases of the upper urinary tract calculus were analysed. The exact, prompt preoperative diagnosis and adequate management are primarily important and closely related to the prognosis of the patients. It depends on the prompt relief of obstruction and complete eradication of infection of the urinary tract, which not only enhance the recovery of the renal function but also importment to the lifesaving of the patients.Usually the operation should be as simple as posible.But in severe uremic cases the pre and postoperative hemodialysis should be emphatically considered. Then, the type of operation will depend upon the conditions of the patients afterwards.更多还原
