【摘要】 癫健安在人体内迅速而完全地转化为丙戊酸。将含癫健安的血标本酸化并用氯仿萃取,以环己烷羧酸作内标,用4％FFAP 及Gas Chrom Q 80～100目装填的玻璃层析柱分离,经火焰电离检测器检测。最小检测浓度为1微充/毫升,线性浓度范围为5～400微克/毫升,相对标准偏差为1％。此方法对临床及实验室的微量分析均有实用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid gas chromatography/FID method for determining N-dipropylace tamide (DPM) in as little as 1μg/ml of serum level. It was simple, selective and sensitive. Blood samples were acidified and then extracted by chloroform. Cyclo-hexanecarboxylic acid was used to be the internal standard. 2m × 4mm glass column packed with 4% FFAP on Gas Chrom Q 80-100 mesh and FID was used. The linear relationship was in 5-400μg/ml and the relative standard deviation was 1%.更多还原
