【摘要】 本文用放射自显影术对正常大鼠以及二亚硝基哌嗪（简称二亚）处理鼠诱癌过程中鼻咽鳞状上皮细胞的更新进行了观察。实验表明,正常情况下,大鼠鼻咽底壁鳞状上皮细胞移动的变化是“S”形曲线,其方程式为 y=ap₀/bp₀+（a-bp₀）e^-a（x/72）;二亚处理后,大鼠鼻咽底壁鳞状上皮细胞移动表现为抛物线,其方程式为 y=a+bx+cx²。同时对食道、颊部粘膜的细胞移动进行了观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 The migration of cells of the nasopharyngeal stratified squamous epithelium was investigated radioautographically in the normal and DNP-treated rats at various intervals after a single injection of thymidine-3H. The results showed that: (1) in normal animals, the pattern of squamous cell migration in the nasopharyngeal ventral wall appeared a sigmoid curve; (2) The cellular renewal was changed in the nasopharynx after DNP treatment in all rats, the migration of squamous cells appeared a parabolic curve. (3) The cell migration of the esophagus and bucca cavioris was not changed in the control and DNP-treated rats. It seems that the change of the cellular migration in the nasopharynx may be related to the effect of DNP.更多还原
