【摘要】 本文介绍用疏肝解郁药物柴胡及舒肝健脾汤水煎液,给正常小白鼠灌胃,观察药物对小白鼠血浆、肝脏及丘脑环核苷酸的影响。柴胡煎液组与对照组比较,仅肝脏的 cAMP/cGMP比值降低;舒肝健脾汤组与对照组比较,前者血浆、肝脏和丘脑的 cAMP 及肝脏、丘脑的 cAMP/cGMP比值,均显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01);而cGMP改变不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of water decoction of Radix Bupleuri and Shugan Jianpi prescription on levels of cyclic nucleotide of plasma, liver and thalamus of normal mice were determined by radioimmunoassay when the decoction was administered orally.The results showed:1) The ratio of cAMP/cGMP in the liver decreased in Radix Bupleuri treated group as compared with the control(P<0.05). 2)The cAMP levels of plasma, liver and thalamus and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in liver and thalamus of Shugan Jianpi treated group decreased significantly(P<0. 01 or<0.05) while cGMP levels had little changes.更多还原
