【摘要】 以吡喹酮治疗实验性日本血吸虫病家兔,观察治后一年内ELISA 所测得的血清抗体水平的变化,以验证其是否可作为考核疗效的方法。结果表明:凡试验结束时解剖检虫阴性的病兔,ELISA 皆于治后8～12月内阴转,仅有雄虫 1条的病兔,亦于同期内阴转;凡检出雌雄成虫的病兔,ELISA 呈持续阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty rabbits infested with schistosoma japonicum were randomly designed into three groups: the first group was treated with full dose (100mg/kg) of praziquantel, the second group with half dose (50mg/kg) and the third group not treated being used as a control. All rabbits were examined for circulating antibodies by ELISA with egg antigen at regular intervals for one year after treatment, and killed to examine adult worms at the end of the experiment.In the full dose group, one rabbit died by accident, the remainders did not harbour any worms. In the half dose group, 20 worms of both sexes were found in one rabbit, and a single male worm in another rabbit, in the other 8 rabbits no worms had been discovered. In the control group, all rabbits harboured liviag bisexual worms with an average of 24.5 worms per rabbit.All rabbits with parasites eliminated by the schistosomicide showed a negative result of ELISA with egg antigen within 8-12 months after treatment. The rabbit that had a single male worm also presented a negative result. All rabbits that harboured female worms showed a persistent positive result. The ELISA with egg antigen is useful to evaluate the efficacy of treatment.更多还原
