【摘要】 本文就1983年长沙市351名中年以上者体格检查中角膜老年环的发生率及其与年龄、动脉硬化和脂代谢的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明.年龄越大老年环的发生率越高,其严重程度随年龄增加而加重。在高胆固醇血症和动脉硬化患者中老年环的发生率明显增高,但与眼底动脉硬化无明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Arcus senilis is an annular infiltration with lipoid material of the periphery of the corneal stroma and a perilimbal zone of the sclera.An analysis of 351 cases of the aged (from 43 to 94 years of age) on arcus senilis revealed the following facts, 111 out of 351 cases (31.9%) had arcus senilis. We observed that the older the person the higher the incidence (P<0.005) and the severity (P<0.05). The incidence also rose with the presence of hyperchole-sterolemia (P<0.025) ,hyperglyceridemia (P<0.05) and arteriosclerosis (P<0.05). It showed no significant relation with the retinal arteriosclerosis.The relationship of the incidence to age, disturbance of lipoid metabolism and arteriosclerosis was discussed.更多还原
