【摘要】 本文对120例不同疾病(其中包括36例肩周炎)的患者随机分成原穴直刺组、阿是穴直刺组和阿是穴区透刺组。采用弹簧测量法对压痛点痛阈进行针刺前后的即时观测。结果表明,以阿是穴区透刺组提高痛阈的作用最明显。作者认为,此法可考虑作为羊肠线埋植疗法合理选穴的实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presented the observation on the pain threshold of 120 cases of different origins. The patients were randomly divided into three groups and were examined with a spring algesimeter before and after acupuncture treatment. The result demonstrated that the group of regional subcutaneous transinsertion in Ashi acupoints showed the best effectiveness. The result of observation agreed with our clinical experience.It is evident that those Ashi Points and their neighboring area were the best locations, which provide a reasonable basis for choosing acupoints for catgut burial therapy.更多还原
