【摘要】 本文报道了左侧大肠癌梗阻术中结肠灌洗一期切除吻合术6例,手术效果满意,操作简便易行。术中灌洗可使结肠减压、清洁,使肠壁恢复其正常厚度,恢复功能,有利于一期切除吻合。此手术值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors report their experience with intraoperative irrigation, primary resection and anastomosis in the treatment of 6 cases of obstructing carcinoma of the left colon. Irrigation was performed via a rectal tube placed into the ascending colon through an ileotomy and with exit of the irrigating fluid from a coiled rubber tube placed in the colon proximal to the tumor. Intraoperative irrigation of the obstructed colon is effective in decompressing and cleansing the colon, allowing the bowel to collapse and restore its thickness, all these are essential to the performance of primary anastomosis when indicated, in late cases they facilitate the performance of a colostomy.更多还原
