60Coγ射线辐照水稻幼穗分化前植株诱变效果的研究

【摘要】 <正> 本研究应用60Coγ射线照射水稻幼穗分化前的植株生长点,观察了水稻在该生育期照射后的辐射敏感性及 M2代的遗传变异表现。根据试验可以初步认为,这种处理方式在提高诱变频率和扩大变异谱方面具有一定的效果。目前国内外尚未见报道。

【Abstract】 A new method of raising mutation frequency of the rice plant was presented in this paper.Plant before young panicle differentiation period were treated with 60Co γ-rays.The radiosensitivity of the treated ma- terial and the mutation frequency of M2 were observed.The results shew that both mutation frequency and mutation spectrum were raised by this method.
