【Abstract】 A new method of raising mutation frequency of the rice plant was presented in this paper.Plant before young panicle differentiation period were treated with ⁶⁰Co γ-rays.The radiosensitivity of the treated ma- terial and the mutation frequency of M₂ were observed.The results shew that both mutation frequency and mutation spectrum were raised by this method.更多还原
