【摘要】 <正> 从水稻根分离的粪产碱菌 A-15具有较高的固氮能力。它能与水稻建立联合固氮体系。粪产碱菌与水稻结合的部位主要是附着在根表,部分细菌可能进入稻根内部,但迄今未曾得到有力的证明。本工作应用稳定性同位素¹⁰B 的α径迹分析方法,探索了粪产碱菌与水稻根的结合及其进入根内部的能力,同时也开拓了研究固氮体系的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The association of Alcaligenes faecalis A-15 labelled with enriched ¹⁰B with rice roots was investigated by means of thermal neutron radiation and ¹⁰B α-track assay.A.faecalis attached to root surface of rice prev- iously grown in N-free medium.After short-term incubation the bacteria were associated with and accumulated on the surface of rice roots.Some of them grew inside the roots.A new ¹⁰B α-track method for investigation of the associative system also was decribed.更多还原
