【摘要】 本文从地理综合的观点出发,着重论述了省区国土规划的程序和方法论的若干问题。从区域综合的角度,提出了国土规划中宏观布局与微观布局相结合,生产、生态、生活相结合和区域综合等项综合平衡的基本原则;运用”系统分析”的方法,提出编制省区国土规划的程序和综合规划与部门规划相结合、规划与计划相结合、多方案比较选优及领导、技术、科研人员三结合等基本方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gives an outline of therecent development, purpose, and main work of territorial planning. It discusses several problems about the procedure and methodo- logy of province-level territorial planning from the point of geographic comprehension, and also proposes the basic principles of comprehensive equilibrium of the combina- tions of macro-distribution and micro-distribution, of production, ecology and life, and regional comprehension in territorial from the point of regional comprehension. With the method of systematical analysis, the paper suggests the basic methods of com- binations of compiling the procedure of province-level territorial planning, compre- hensive planning, and department planning of programming and planning, and o leaders, technicians and scientific workers, and selecting the best plan from many plans.更多还原
