低发泡聚酯聚氨酯热性能的研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 用热重分析研究了本所研制的新型低发泡聚酯聚氨酯材料,测定出六种样品的热重数求据。其热降解温度Td为265.8℃~285,4℃。用差减微分法对TG和DTG曲线进行了处理,得其第一和第二阶段热降解动力学参数。在热降解第一阶段反应,级数n为0.9~1.4;热降解表现活化能E为16.A~22.6千卡/克分子;频率因子A为8.4×103~8.9×1010-1。用热重动力学数据快速评价了这类聚酯聚氨酯的热稳定性并讨论了影响TG结果的因素。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the studies of a new type of low-foamed polyester-polyure- thane by TG analysis, and the obtained data of six samples are listed. Their heat- degradation temperatures are in the range of 265.8-285.4℃. The parameters of heat -degradation dynamics in the first and second stages are gained by dealing with the TG and DTG curves using differential subduction method. The order reaction in the first stage, n, is from 0.9 to 1.4; the apparent activation energy of heat- degradation, E, from 16.7 to 22.4 kcal./mol.; the frequency factor, A, from 8.4× 108 to 8.9×1010S-1. Finally, the heat stability of this type of polyester-polyure thane is evaluated quickly with TG dynamic data, and the factors affecting the result of TG measurement are discussed.
