离子交换树脂堆内辐照实验
IRRADIATION TEST ON ION EXCHANGE RESIN IN HFETR
【摘要】 本文介绍了反应堆用离子交换树脂的堆内辐照实验。应用堆内测压辐照装置,测量了辐照过程中树脂的气体释放量。在堆外使用同样的装置进行了树脂高温实验,并对气体释放量进行了测定。实验之后,对释放气体的成份均作了定量分析。本实验发现,树脂在高温和高温辐照实验中的分解产物,均与Zr—2合金及1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢发生作用,使其表面发黑。不同的是在高温辐照过程中,树脂分解释放出大量氢气,结果,使Zr—2合金产生氢脆现象。而在高温实验中,树脂放出硫化氢,使1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢受到严重腐蚀。本实验对气体释放量的测量误差,均小于7%(Vol)。
【Abstract】 The irradiation test on nuclear grade ion exchange resin in HFETR was described. An irradiation rig with pressure measuring system was used in order to determine the amount of gases released from ion exchange resin. A test using similar rig, in which ion exchange resin was heated by electricity, was performed outside the reactor. The components of gases were analyzed quantitatively after the tests.The cracked products from ion exchange resin acted upon Zr-2 alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti S. S. during both in and out of the reactor test. As a resuit, their surfaces became dark. In the reactor test a lot of hydrogen released from ion exchange resin made Zr-2 alloy brittle. It was different from the result obtained out of the reactor. In the latter, H2S gas was released from ion exchange resin and made 1Cr18Ni9Ti to subject to serious corrosion.The measurement error of the amount of gases in our tests was less than 7%.
