0.3mm不锈钢板焊接质量控制的研究

【摘要】 本文就0.3mm不锈钢保温瓶壳体焊接生产技术经济指标,分析论述了可能采用的几种氩弧焊方法的优缺点,并就连续直流钨极氩弧一机双工位焊接方案,进行了大量焊接工艺研究。研制了焊接不锈钢保温瓶壳体的装备,焊接生产率达到了每分钟一只壳体。同时,对薄不锈钢板的焊接烧穿问题,首次提出了预置间隙装配,利用焊接横向收缩位移进行控制烧穿的设想,并在自行设计制造的一机双工位焊接装备上得到验证,使壳体焊接的成品率提高到95%以上.

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the argon arc welding techniques available for welding theoutside layer of thermos bottles made of 0.3mm stainless steel,comparing theirmerits and demerits on the basis of their technical and economical features.Extensivetechnological research has been made in the design of continuous argon arc weldingwith tungsten electrode on a single D.C.double-position machine.A special apparatushas been developed for welding stainless steel thermos bottles,with a rate of onepiece per minute.The parer offers the new idea of preventing burnthrough in weldingultra-thin stainless steel sheet by leaving an opening in assembly,which can befilled with the help of transverse shrinkage in welding.This idea has been verifiedin practical operatian on the selfmade double-position welding machine,which givesa rate of successful welding joints higher than 95 percent.
