【摘要】 <正> 123I核素的核性质较131I更适合于放射性药物设计要求和核医学临床应用,它具有十分优异的医用核性质,有用123I替代131I进行甲状腺显像和功能测定的趋向。其标记的有机化合物,如脂肪酸、β-肾上腺能受体阻断剂、甾体激素等近年已受到放射性药物研究者的重视。我们采用天然锑靶干法成功地生产了Na123I注射液,本文用此注射液观察在其小鼠体内分布,兔甲状腺扫描和γ照相的结果。

【Abstract】 The I-123 obtained from 121Sb(α, 2n) 123I reaction and separated by dry distillation in this institute gave a thyroid uptake of 45 D %/g in distribution test. The ratio of thyroid uptake to that of other organs were 10-45 and has a maximum appeared in 1-6 after injection. Clear thyroid imagi ngs were obtained by both rectillinear scanner and gamma camera in 1-6 h after iv to rabbits.
