【摘要】 <正> 尿激酶（Urokinase）为自人尿中提取的高纯度的乾冻酶制剂。尿激酶能直接激活体内纤溶酶元,转变为纤溶酶。纤溶酶具有强烈的水解纤维蛋白的作用,从而达到溶解血栓的效果。用^99mTc标记尿激酶后,仍然保持一定的生物活力,将标记物注入到人体后,通过γ照相或闪烁扫描进行显像可以寻找血栓位置。 由于尿激酶不具有抗原性,故不会引起过敏反应,用^99mTc标记尿激酶不仅用于肢体深静脉血栓的诊断,更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the preparation and animal tests of 99mTc-labelled urokinase thromboemboli imaging agent. This agent can be localized in thrombus after injection and visualized by Gamma camera or scintillation scanner. There is no allergic reaction from non antigen reaction.99mTc-urokinase can be used not only in diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, but also in locating thrombus in transplant organs.更多还原
