特散平衡滤光片在多金属共生矿测锡中的应用
The application of characteristic-scatter ballanced filter to tin measurement in multimetallic mineral
【摘要】 <正> 针对国内某锡石硫化物矿床,应用同位素源X荧光分析技术,测定了多金属共生矿矿床中的原矿锡(边界品位~0.1%;平均品位~0.57%)。在矿床范围内主金属有:锡、锌、铁、铅、锑、砷;稀散元素有:铟、镉、硒、锗、碲。矿种多,基体元素复杂,给克服基体效应增添了困难。 使用英制NE-5017型单道便携式同位素源X荧光仪,就无底柱分段崩落采矿法所生成的炮堆粉样,研究成功一种克服基体效应的特散一步平衡法。该方法对泥灰岩中锡的测定范围,由边界品位0.1%到最高原矿含量
【Abstract】 A characteristic-scatter balanced filler is described here. It can be used when the absorbed effect on Sn KαX finds expression in multimetallic mineral. The principles of characteristic-scatter balanced filter, the treatment procedure of the filter’s shape and test measurement on the sample of nature powder are given. The rate of qualification is better than 85%.
