关于TiCl4与TiO2化学反应的探讨

【摘要】 本文主要对TiO2与TiCl4在1050℃~1450℃的化学反应做了初步探讨。首先利用已知化合物及未知中间化合物TiOCl2·TiCl4在一个温度下的G°试验值推算了此未知化合物在其他温度下的等温等压位,在此基础上利用TQ—16计算机计算了高温下TiO2+3TiCl42(TiOCl2·TiCl4)反应平衡时,产物中TiOCl2·TiCl4分压值。计算结果表明这一反应在1000℃~1500℃范围内气体大分子产物TiOCl2·TiCl4的分压值很低,反应不能自动由左向右进行;其次利用试剂纯TiO2与TiCl4在1050℃~1450℃下的实验室实验,根据TiO2的减重量,验证了推算的结果。

【Abstract】 A preliminary study has been carried out on chemical reaction between TiO2 and TiCl4 at the temperature range of 1050-1450℃. The Gibbs free-energy of unknown complex TiOCl2·TICl4 at a given temperature range have been estimated according to the Gibbs free-energy of known compounds such as TiCl4 and TiO2 and that of experimantal values for this complex at the fixed temperature Based upon this estimation the equilibrium partial pressure for TiOCl2·TICl4 has been calculated on a TQ-16 computer.The results of calculation show that the partial pressure of large voiatile moIecules of TiOCl2 ·TiCl4 which are produced by this reaction at the temperature range of 1000-1500℃ is very small and thus the reaction could not move from the lefthand side to the righthand side automatically. The estimated values have been verified based on the weight reduction of chemical pure TiO2 after its reaction with TiCl4 at 1050—1450℃.
