碱性氧气顶吹转炉少渣炼钢(含钒铁水用碳酸钠脱钒后半钢炼钢研究之一)
Basic Oxygen Top Blown Steelmaking with Small Amohnt of Slag
【摘要】 含钒铁水用碳酸钠预处理后的半钢水在100KVA 中频炉上进行了碱性氧气顶吹少渣炼钢实验研究,渣料量为半钢量的1~2%,冶炼过程极平稳,顺利炼成低合金结构钢,钢的各项机械性能都超过部颁标准。在冶炼过程中钒氧化80%以上,磷下降20~30%,硫变化很小。经炉内脱氧后钒又返回一部分到金属,余钒率回升到26%,回磷回硫极少。本文还对热平衡作了分析,提出了碳氧化的升温效果和废钢加入量的简易计算公式。
【Abstract】 Experimental investigation on steelmaking of semi-finished hot metal obtained from pretreating of molten V-bearing pig iron with sodium salt has been carried out in a 100KVA middle frequency induc- tion furnace by basic oxygen top blown process in the presence of small amount of slag.Slag-forming material was added in amount of 1—2% of the weight of semi-finished hot metal The refining process was very smooth and low alloy structural steel was made easily,the mechanical properties of which all exceeded the national technical standard.Duri- ng the refining process the oxidation rate of vanadium was over 80%, the phosphorus content decreased by 20-30%,with the sulphur content changing slightly.After deoxidation in the bath a part of vanadium reversed to metal again,the remains rate of vanadium raised again to 26%,the reversion of phosphorus and sulphur were very little.Analy- sis on thermal balance and two simple formulas for calculating the value of temperature increment due to oxidation of carbon in metal and the quantity of scrap addition have also been made in this paper.
