【摘要】 本文叙述■晶体生长的全部过程,详细讨论了原料提纯、晶体生长和加工等问题。文中采用的真空蒸汽凝结法和直角形晶种管对原料的纯化和控制,晶体生长的取向,避免晶体解裂都起着关键作用。生长Φ50×150mm以下的(艹氐)晶体成活率达70%以上,加工封装好的最大晶体尺寸为Φ90×70mm。并在生长大体积晶体过程中对结晶容器、炉温分布和隔板孔径等问题均作了改进。

【Abstract】 The whole process of stilbene single-crystal growth is described in this paper. Material purification, single-crystal growth and crystal treatment are discussed in detail. Purifying material by vacuum vapor condensafion has proved itself efficient. The orientation of single-crystal growth is controled by using a tube with rectangular seed and the single-crystal is prevented from cracking. The yielding rate of single-crystal for size of φ50×150mm or smaller is more than 70%. For large single-crystal growth many improvements were made in the crystallizing ampoule, temperature distribution in the furnace and the aperture of isolating plate. The maximum size of packaged crystal is φ90×70mm.
