炭黑在BR/CIIR共混体系中的分配和转移行为及其对共混体系性能的影响
DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSFER BEHAVIOUR OF CARBONRLACK IN RUBBER BLEND BR-CIIR AND THEIR AFFECTION TO THE PROPERTIES OF THE BLEND
【摘要】 用电镜形态学观察,研究了ISAF在BR/CIIR共混胶料中的分配和转移行为及其对共混胶料性能的影响。加入到BR/CIIR(50/50)共混胶料中的炭黑,主要聚集在BR相中;加入到CIIR相中的炭黑,在足够的剪切作用下,大部分将转移到BR相中或BR与CIIR的两相界面上;但加入到BR相中的炭黑,很少转移到CIIR相中。这说明BR对炭黑具有较强的亲和力。采用不同的工艺方法,可改变炭黑在共混胶料中的分配状况。先将全部炭黑加入CIIR中,再与BR共混,可使共混胶料具有较好的性能。
【Abstract】 Blectron microscope was used to study the distribution and transfer behaviour of carbonblack ISAF in rubber blcnd BR-CIIR. It was found that most of carbonblack existed in BR phase but very little in CUR phase even though the amount of ISAF filled in the preblenl of BR-CHR was increased to 10 phr. The carbonblack added to CI1R could transfer to BR phase at enough shearing caused by milling. Certain methods can be used to change the distribution of the carbonblack between two phases and modify the properties of the blend, the better properties were obtained by adding all the carbonblack to CHR.
