1,2-1,4-1,2立体结构三嵌段聚丁二烯溶液性质的研究
STUDY ON THE SOLUTION PROPERTIES OF 1,2-1,4-1,2 STEREOTRIBLOCK POLYBUTADIENE
【摘要】 本工作用膜渗透压法测得1,2-1,4-1,2立体结构三嵌段聚丁二烯的绝对分子量,同时得到了聚合物的第二维利系数A2、溶解度参数δ2、Flory相互作用参数x1;研究了立构嵌段聚合物的数均分子量Mn、嵌段比和溶解性能的关系,在特性粘数[η]相近时,1,2结构含量愈高的聚合物,其分子量愈大;聚合物分子量愈大,其溶解性能愈差。用GPC测得该嵌段聚合物的分子量分布为Mw/Mn≈1.10。通过[η]~Mn的关系和多分散性改正后,得到了1,2/1,4/1,2嵌段比为29/42/29的立体结构三嵌段聚丁二烯的单分散特性粘数[η]~分子量M关系式: [η]=1.102×10-2M0.807以及该嵌段比的立体结构三嵌段聚丁二烯的第二维利系数A2和数均分子量Mn的关系式: A2=2.483×10-2Mn-0.274
【Abstract】 Measurements were made on the number average molecular weight of 1,2-1,4-1,2 stereotriblock polybutadiene by Bruss osmometer method and on their second Virial coefficients (A2) , Flory interaction parameters ( X1 ), and solubility parameters (δ2). The relationships of the molecular weight with the ratio of 1,4-blocks to 1,2-blocks and copolymer solution properties were studied respectively. It was found that the molecular weight increases and the solubility decreases with the increase in 1,2-unit content of polybutadiene. The molecular weight distribution of stereotriblock copolymer measured by GPC is narrow, Mw/Mn≈1.10.For 1,2/1,4/ 1,2 stereotriblock ratio 29/42/29, the [η]-M relationship was determined as follows:[η] = 1.102×10-2M0·807and the relationship between the second Virial coefficients (A2) and the molecular weight was established as:
