液态丁羟的阴离子聚合
ANIONIC POLYMERIZATION OF HYDROXY-TERMINATED LIQUID POLYBUTADIENE
【摘要】 本工作采用活性阴离子聚合的方法,以锂-芪-丁二烯短活性链作“种子”引发剂,环氧氯丙烷作链终止剂,高收率地制备了一种新型的、具有特定结构的羟基聚丁二烯预聚物。与国外有关工作相比较,引发剂的制备方法和链终止反应有其自身的特点;能预计产物的分子量,并可调节聚丁二烯的乙烯基含量;制备了分子量分在窄的(Mw/M_n<1.10)、具有多官能团的液态聚丁二烯。
【Abstract】 A new type of the prepolymer of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene with special structure has been prepared with high yield by the method of living polymerization with the short living chains of lithium-stilbene-bu- tadiene as “seed” initiator and epichlorohydrin as terminator.This method, as compared with other work in the literature, has some special features in the preparation of the initiator and the termination of the living chains. The molecular weight of the prepolymer is predictable,and the vinyl content in the polybutadiene is controllable.The liquid prepolymers having narrower molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn<1. 10 ) and polyf unctional groups have prepared.
